These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules governing your access to and use of Seller Lab (the "Services"), which are owned and operated by 7K LTD, 15 Sunningdale Croft, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD2 2NX, UK. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you connect an Amazon account, you confirm that you are authorised to grant us access to that account and its associated data.

Seller Lab provides software tools and related functionality, which may include (without limitation):

• Profit tracking and financial reporting
• Inventory monitoring and stock analytics
• Automated price adjustment tools
• Feedback and review management features

• You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep it updated where necessary.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You must inform us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access or security breach relating to your account.

• Details of subscription pricing are published on our website and may be updated from time to time.
• Fees are charged in accordance with the billing cycle associated with your selected subscription plan.
• We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Services if payment is overdue or unsuccessful.
• Refunds will only be issued where required under applicable UK consumer protection laws.

• By connecting your Amazon account, you grant us permission to access and process your Amazon Selling Partner API ("SP-API") data strictly for the purpose of delivering the Services.
• We operate in compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, as amended from time to time.
• You may withdraw our access to your Amazon data at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or Amazon policy.
• Copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise exploit SP-API data for unauthorised purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.

All intellectual property rights in and relating to Seller Lab, including its software, design, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to 7K LTD. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with your account settings.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform or associated data.
• Upon termination, your information will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms periodically. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of the Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
